Job Description
The CNC Machinist position involves operating Twin Spindle and Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Qualified candidates will read and interpret process plans, perform basic equipment maintenance, and contribute to quality control by performing inspections and completing paperwork. The role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and adherence to safety procedures.
Requirements
- Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Complete paperwork including part identification and inspection documents
- Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine
- Physical stamina for regular standing, reaching, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or bending
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures
