Job Description
Princess Polly is seeking a Retail IT Support Technician to provide technical support to store teams. This role focuses on maintaining store-level IT infrastructure, troubleshooting systems, supporting POS technology, and ensuring smooth system integrations. The successful candidate will be a team player and a passion for all things fashion and pop culture, eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a hands-on IT support role (retail or field service preferred)
- Experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred), RFID technologies, and retail tech hardware
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Mac and Windows systems, Google Workspace, and basic networking
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Ability to work in-store and travel to retail locations (at least 3 days a week)
