P10 is a newly created HR Business Partner role for a P10, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, streamlining HR practices, and ensuring compliance across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on strategic people initiatives, talent development, and building a strong company culture. Candidates should be experienced with HR operations and possess a passion for people management.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and practices
• Hands-on experience leading recruitment and talent acquisition
• Expertise with HR disciplines: employee relations, performance management, HR operations, learning & development, engagement programs, and culture-building initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
