Job Description
Zones, a Global Solution Provider in IT, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to support the organization. This role will focus on driving a high-performance culture, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and ensuring effective teams, including talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will collaborate with business leadership to deliver organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of HR experience required, 2+ years in senior leadership roles (preferred)
- Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, executive presence, strong communications skills, and influencing capabilities.
- Understanding of HR functional programs, including Talent Development, Total Rewards, Succession Planning, etc.
- Experience managing employees across multiple locations and collaborating with extended HR teams preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across functional lines in a global, matrixed environment.
