Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of PRISM+ Australia by optimizing customer experience funnels. This role involves overseeing and leading the entire media buying process from Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, SEO & SEM, and email marketing. The candidate will generate data-driven insights, execute high-budget campaigns, and manage advertising platform partners, reporting to Malaysia Marketing Lead and Country Director of Malaysia.
Requirements
- Formulate, execute, and report on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)
- Conduct in-depth monitoring and tracking systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
- Reporting on set metrics to generate insights for ads optimization, A/B testing, and website improvements
- Strong copywriting abilities, analyzing and optimizing copy for marketing objectives
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
