Job Description
As a Developer Support Engineer at Privy, you will be a key technical point of contact for customers, helping developers troubleshoot integration issues, resolve technical questions, and get the most out of the platform. You will reduce friction in the developer experience, partner with engineering and product teams, and contribute to resources that empower developers to succeed independently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, developer success, or software engineering role.
- Strong programming and debugging skills, ideally across JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to developers.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- A proactive and customer-obsessed mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships with engineers, product managers, and external developer communities.
