Job Description
The Director of Business Development and Partnerships will design, build, and scale the international channel of partners, integrators, and distributors of Proactivanet, driving growth through an efficient channel model.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic alliances, channel development, MSPs, or IT consulting
- Demonstrable experience creating or managing partner ecosystems in technology companies
- History of negotiation and relationship management with integrators and MSPs
- Experience operating at an international level (Europe, America, Asia)
- English language proficiency at C1 level or bilingual
- Successful history in achieving and exceeding commercial objectives
- Bachelor's degree
- Data-driven management and result-oriented approach
- Strong focus on ARR growth and operational growth
- Ability to design scalable processes for partner capture and management
- Rigorous use of CRM, reporting, and business analysis
- Change management skills
- Ability to implement a channel model from a limited initial structure
- Transverse influence and leadership without formal authority
- Ability to integrate new processes and tools into existing teams
- Ability to integrate into a consolidated team, influencing change from within with existing resources
- Ability to attract and integrate new talent, resources, and processes
