Job Description
ProArch, a rapidly growing IT services and consulting company, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join their managed services team. The role involves providing technical support to clients, ensuring their systems are secure, stable, and optimized, with a focus on End-User Support in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver results in a demanding, SLA-driven setting.
Requirements
- Provide end-user technical support across client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage initial PC setup, imaging, and configuration.
- Support and configure VPNs and remote workplace connections.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and Autopilot deployments.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services.
- Receive and process tickets.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
