Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.
- Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
- Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred).
- Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).
