Client Success Manager

Join ProCare HR as a Client Success Manager to transform workforce outcomes for care providers through industry-focused HR services. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing data and services, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.
• Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
• Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred).
• Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).
