The Employment Compliance Manager - Multi-State PEO Programs leads compliance operations in a PEO environment supporting 30,000+ Worksite Employees. This role manages a team of Compliance Specialists who oversee handbook/policy compliance, regulatory training, and multi-state employment law matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR compliance, employment law, or employee relations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a PEO, ASO, or HR environment
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or Certified PEO Professional preferred
