Job Description
Procom is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst (Spanish/English) for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers through various mediums, troubleshoot issues, and escalate cases to the Tier II team.
Requirements
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in Spanish
- Understanding of Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows)
