Job Description
Procom is seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst (Portuguese/English) for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients' security customer base through various mediums, providing proactive and reactive assistance, and escalating technical issues to the Tier II team.
Requirements
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in Portuguese-Brazilian
- Understanding of Operating Systems such as Unix, Linux and Windows
- Strong Networking Skills
- Basic level knowledge of security and information gathering tools
- At least 1 year of experience in customer care/customer support
