Job Description
Procom Services is searching for a Desktop Services Engineer for a contract opportunity in Winston-Salem, NC. The successful candidate will provide Level-2 technical support for supported desktops, laptops, and peripherals, troubleshoot local area networking issues, and work with the Infrastructure and Messaging teams to resolve incidents.
Requirements
- A+ Certification
- MCTS, MCITP, MCPD, MCM certifications preferred
- ITIL Certification preferred
- 2-4 years of related experience preferred
