Job Description
Procom is a leading provider of professional IT services and staffing to businesses and governments in Canada. The company is searching for a Desktop Services Engineer to support upper level management in Durham, NC. The engineer will provide Level-2 and Level-3 technical support for supported desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and lead the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Solid technical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage IT / Desktop initiatives and organize projects
