Job Description
Procom Services is searching for a Technical Support Analyst for a contract opportunity in Dallas, Texas. The Technical Support Analyst will provide reactive and proactive assistance to external customers, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and record and document all issues related to customers.
Requirements
- Familiarity with cooperate network infrastructures
- Experience with one or more of Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, and Mac OS)
- Strong working knowledge of networking and basic Administration/Maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server
