Requirements

• Inspect and monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems.
• Lead construction management and owner’s representative duties across multiple projects.
• Provide on-site construction management during mobilization, site preparation, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and occupancy phases.
• Review schedule, align deadlines, and monitor project work plan.
• Coordinate and monitor project design/construction effort.
