Job Description
Procon is seeking a Project Manager for an ENR Top 100 CM/PM firm in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. This role focuses on project management, program management, and commissioning of construction projects, particularly in mechanical systems, interior renovations, and new fit-outs. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in construction management and a strong understanding of construction drawings and codes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Planning or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an owner’s representative, project facilitator, construction manager, or design and construction contracting experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in dynamic environments.
