Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in federal construction management / owner's representative services on projects for new construction, renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs.
• BA or BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a lead construction project manager in federal construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with industry project management software.
• Fluent in project management principles and how to implement them.
