Job Description
Procon is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for a long-term opportunity in Calexico, CA, focusing on a mix of roadway and facility projects. The role involves construction management, quality assurance, design/build, facilities management, and project control. This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site expected.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in federal construction management / owner's representative services on projects for new construction, renovations, upgrades or new fit-outs.
- BA or BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the role as construction project manager in federal construction projects.
- Experience in the role of owner's representative on construction projects.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
