We're looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives for Productboard Spark, including executive thought leadership programs, social media strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes. The role is hybrid (remote/in-person) and is based in San Francisco.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with deep expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis
- Expert understanding of cohort analysis, segmentation, statistical significance, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Experience developing and executing social media strategies (LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
- Track record of creating or overseeing high-quality video content for B2B marketing
- Deep understanding of product-led growth, subscription business models, and self-service conversion funnels
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills
