Visit RN - Home Health & Hospice - 0.7 FTE - Days

Join the ProHealth Home Health & Hospice Team as a Visit RN, providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the deep reward of home-based patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or through an eNLC compact state
• Valid WI driver's license and acceptable driving record
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Home health or hospice experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
