Visit RN - Home Health & Hospice - Pool/As Needed

Bring compassionate care home to patients in their homes as a Visit RN with ProHealth Home Health & Hospice. This PRN/As Needed position offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and a team culture that fosters collaboration and support.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or through an eNLC compact state
• Valid WI driver's license and acceptable driving record
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Home health or hospice experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC preferred
