Visit RN - Weekend Program - ProHealth Home Care & Hospice - .9 FTE

We are seeking a Visit RN to provide hands-on care to patients in their homes, delivering skilled nursing care and making clinical decisions to directly impact a patient's health and independence.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN license in Wisconsin or through an eNLC compact state
• Valid WI driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
