Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful implementation of construction projects in Ravensburg / Konstanz. The role involves all phases of project management, from site planning and execution to quality monitoring and stakeholder management. Requirements
- Completed construction education with professional experience in floor decking or graduation as Master/Technician/Engineer
- Many years of professional experience as construction manager, preferably in floor slabs or high-rise construction
- Accountability, team skills and negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented, structured approach and a high degree of initiative
- Knowledge and interest in the use of IT-tools
