A11 is looking for a GTM Associate to execute Go-to-Market strategies, develop client-centric consulting offerings, and drive long-term growth. The role involves working closely with senior leadership and receiving coaching and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in business or a related field
- Professional experience in Start-ups, consulting, sales or other commercial roles
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a strong advantage
- Strong interest in sales and Go-to-Market
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about numbers, data, structure and analytics
- Fast learner with a Start-up mindset
- German at C2 or native level and English at negotiation level
