Senior Talent Consultant (m/f/d)

We are a SWAT team for business performance in different expertise areas ranging from Marketing, Sales, Data, Tech to People Ops. We step in with tactical precision to tackle complex challenges across business and tech.

Requirements

• Completed degree in applicable field – ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in a consulting environment with a focus on project-based work - ideally Talent Acquistion, Human Ressources
• Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting as well as in collaboration with stakeholders across different seniority levels
• Track record in delivering projects in the areas of talent analytics, employer branding, tool implementation or the development of holistic sourcing strategies
• Strong data-driven working style and experience in creating reports and analyses
