Requirements
- Completed degree in applicable field – ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of professional experience in a consulting environment with a focus on project-based work - ideally Talent Acquistion, Human Ressources
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting as well as in collaboration with stakeholders across different seniority levels
- Track record in delivering projects in the areas of talent analytics, employer branding, tool implementation or the development of holistic sourcing strategies
- Strong data-driven working style and experience in creating reports and analyses
