Job Description
We're looking for a Coordinator, Partner Support to help ensure top-quality support for Promethean products. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, improve processes, and support escalated technical cases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with hardware products
- Practical understanding of electronics and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with onsite or workshop repairs is a strong advantage
- Engineering background is a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Salesforce/BI tools are a plus
