Sales Team Leader

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving revenue through strong customer retention and account growth within their territory/segment. This role leads a high-performing team focused on deepening client relationships, understanding partner needs, and proactively identifying upsell and renewal opportunities to maximize long-term value and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or science major
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Subscription /sales and account management
• Min 3 years B2B sales management experience managing a team of at least 5 people towards exceeding targets
• High level of Experience in: Leadership, Communication, Public Speaking, Sales forecasting, Problem Solving, Analytical data-driven decision making
