Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager (Russian Speaking)

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing B2B customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. The ISR will provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent, impactful engagement with our customers; promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction while proactively providing data-led insights and advice to ensure our clients success in using our platform.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous experience in a sales account management or renewal focused inside sales position within a SaaS, marketplace or subscription based business
• Strong listening and sales skills including needs analysis, financial negotiation skills, objection handling, problem solving, etc.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent phone and meeting management skills.
