Requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to end users
- Document and track issues using our ticketing system
- Assist in setting up and configuring computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate user accounts and permissions
- Educate users on best practices and IT policies
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team
- Generate and maintain dashboards and reports
- Identify technical, operational, and organizational issues
