Assistant Managing Attorney

Proskauer is seeking an Assistant Managing Attorney to support attorneys in the Firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments, as well as other disputes-based practices. The Assistant Managing Attorney will work closely with the Managing Attorney and other members of the Managing Attorney's Office to provide in-depth expertise in docketing, calendaring, filing, and other litigation and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Work with the Managing Attorney and Managing Clerks to oversee all docket-related responsibilities
• Provide advice and analysis on procedural issues in federal and state court cases
• Manage e-filing, calendaring, and docketing workload
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and state and local rules of courts
• Ensure exceptional client service levels are achieved in delivery of services to all Firm personnel
