Job Description
Prosper Health is a rapidly growing company offering virtual mental health services for autistic and neurodivergent adults. They are seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to own the most powerful growth engine, focus on data-driven experimentation, and build a scalable system for scaling their services. This role requires ownership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of both marketing and the neurodiversity/autism community.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, or a high-velocity startup.
- Strong analytical foundation in data and the ability to turn numbers into decisions.
- Creatively curious with a desire to connect performance metrics to psychology and storytelling.
- Idea machine with a constant stream of new angles and experimental campaigns.
