Job Description
Prosper is a rapidly growing peer-to-peer lending marketplace in the United States seeking a Director, Credit Risk Analytics to oversee credit strategies and oversee quality and performance of Personal Loan portfolios. This role involves leveraging machine learning and credit data to recommend improvements and enhance risk management practices. The ideal candidate will be a passionate business and people leader with strong credit management and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics
- 10+ years of experience managing credit risk in consumer lending
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of credit management
