Job Description
At Protex AI, we're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to pioneer the development and evolution of our internal applications with software excellence and AI. You'll own the roadmap for these internal applications, collaborate across teams, and directly see the impact of your efforts on a continuous basis.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Frontend experience with React or Vue.js
- Familiarity with Cloud services and serverless architecture
- Leadership experience (proven background in leading with software metrics and value first mindset)
- Product mindset (enjoy talking to users, understanding their workflows, and shipping pragmatic solutions)
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
