Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Provado Mobile Health is seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to drive members of select health plans to and from their dialysis appointments. The job offers flexibility, independence, and a caring experience to people who need it.

Requirements

• Must live in Franklin or within 10 miles
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition
• Have a clean driving record with no more than (2) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana
• Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check
