Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

We are seeking professional, punctual, polite, and responsible individuals to transport people to and from their medical appointments as independent Mobile Care Providers. The role involves using own vehicle to drive members of select health plans to and from dialysis appointments.

Requirements

• MUST live in or within 10 miles Wanchese, Nags Head or Kill Devil Hills.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Owner of a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition.
• Your name MUST be listed on the registration of the car you will be driving.
• Must have a clean driving record with no more than (2) violation or at fault accident within the last (3) years.
• No DUI's or suspensions within the last (5) years.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Must be able to pass a complete criminal background check.
