Prove is looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of technical expertise with enterprise IT applications and integration projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of deep, hands-on technical expertise with enterprise IT applications and integration projects (with ACV > $250K annually) across multiple stakeholders at a SaaS company or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; equally comfortable speaking to internal or external technical teams and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to break complex technical hurdles into measurable actions
- Highly organized and self-motivated; able to manage multiple important investigations simultaneously, with little direction on tight deadlines
- Able to think strategically, as well as dive into the details, and know when to operate at each of those levels
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- You’re known for being a good collaborator and can motivate or maintain enthusiasm throughout the onboarding engagement
- You’re able to quickly come up to speed, tap into your experiences, and provide adequate mentorship to junior level staff
- High level of intellectual curiosity and apply it troubleshooting customer issues
- Proven technical aptitude, potentially with domain expertise in the following: SaaS, Mobile, Rest APIs, Identity and/or Authentication
- Background in Programming languages is a plus
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m in ARR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
