Senior Manager Nursing - Labor and Delivery

Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA, is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Labor & Delivery. This position oversees quality, finance, staffing, and patient/caregiver experience, collaborating with L&D and Women & Children’s leadership teams. It's a flagship campus within the Providence health system, recognized as one of the top maternity hospitals in the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Washington RN License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS certification (ACS or NRA)
• Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Manager or equivalent experience
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred)
