We are seeking a Director, Web & Content Strategy to lead the team responsible for defining and delivering the content and experience strategy for Prudential.com. This role will oversee a team of Web & Content Strategists and Specialists, and will be accountable for ensuring a cohesive, optimized, and governed web experience that supports both growth and customer support objectives across the site.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital content strategy, web experience management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success in developing and executing enterprise-level web and content strategies in a regulated industry, preferably financial services.
- Expertise in SEO/AEO, content governance, and digital experience optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), AI technologies, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and accessibility standards.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of translating business goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality content and experiences.
- Passion for customer-centric design, financial literacy, and delivering meaningful digital experiences.
