Prudential Financial is seeking a Manager, Web & Content Strategy to join its Growth & Channel Activation team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing the content and experience strategy for Prudential.com, supporting specific business lines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content strategy, web content management, or related roles, preferably in financial services
- Strong understanding of financial services and customer journeys in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to lead content strategy and execution across complex digital ecosystems
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and analytics platforms
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and engagement
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic and collaborative mindset with experience working across Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Technology teams
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
