Job Description
PTC is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to manage Value-Added Distributors (VADs) and Indirect Sales Partners (ISPs) across Japan, driving sales through strategic partners and achieving/exceeding assigned quotas.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience including sales and management in the software industry
- Proven track record in channel sales development
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English required
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of distributor business and organizational structures
- Ability to scale and onboard new partners
- Ability to revitalize existing channel partners in the region
