Job Description
PTT Exploration and Production PCL is seeking an Accountant, Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely compliance with indirect tax regulations in Thailand and overseas. This role involves preparing and submitting tax returns, coordinating registration and deregistration processes, supporting audits, and acting as a key liaison for tax authorities and internal stakeholders. The role requires a strong understanding of tax compliance and a desire to stay current on tax regulations.
Requirements
- Prepare and submit indirect tax returns (VAT, GST, CT, WHT, and SBT) for both Thailand and overseas entities.
- Coordinate registration and deregistration processes, oversee e-tax filing.
- Support indirect tax audits and respond to information requests.
- Prepare and analyze data related to indirect tax transactions.
- Monitor and assess impacts of indirect tax laws.
- Support digital transformation initiatives related to indirect tax.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
