Assistant/Deputy Manager (Strategic & Quality Development)

Assistant/Deputy Manager (Strategic & Quality Development) responsible for driving organisational and educational excellence initiatives, providing technical expertise, and building analytics dashboards to help Schools & Departments gain insights and act on data.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant work experience
• Teaching experience (preferably in a polytechnic setting) would be a bonus
• Proactive and a keen self-directed learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Automate and knowledge of survey methodologies and data analytics will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and organised
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines
• Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented individual with strong passion for qualitative and quantitative work
