Assistant/Deputy Manager (Strategic & Quality Development) responsible for driving organisational and educational excellence initiatives, providing technical expertise, and building analytics dashboards to help Schools & Departments gain insights and act on data.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant work experience
- Teaching experience (preferably in a polytechnic setting) would be a bonus
- Proactive and a keen self-directed learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Automate and knowledge of survey methodologies and data analytics will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities within tight deadlines
- Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented individual with strong passion for qualitative and quantitative work
