Job Description
We are seeking a professional responsible for delivering high-quality IT support, administering digital systems, and driving process improvements across the School of Business.
Requirements
- Tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in digital tools, such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and data visualization tools
- Experience with SaaS platforms used in education or operations, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including students
- Analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and in teams
