Development Director

Public Storage is seeking a Development Director to lead projects from concept to completion, working with the Vice President of Development. The successful candidate will have experience in real estate transactions, general contracting methods, and be detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Analyze and evaluate business needs to align project requirements, cost projections, and profit goals
• Perform site evaluations and make recommendations for site selections
• Oversee entitlement, design, construction, and scheduling processes of each project
• Develop feasibility modeling, including capital costs budgeting and pro forma return measurements
• Manage multiple complex entitlement and development projects simultaneously
