Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in responsibility for Service Delivery and Service Management of critical IT applications
- Proficient in defining, implementing, and adhering to SLAs and OLAs, incident, change, and release management, and multi-sourcing steering
- ITIL v4 certification (Foundation; ideally Managing Professional)
- Comprehensive knowledge in designing and steering products, subscriptions, and support structures
- Master contract and escalation management, cost control, and data-based reporting
- Negotiable German knowledge and very good English knowledge
