Job Description
Puffco is a cannabis company focused on delivering a full-spectrum experience, seeking a Senior IT Technician to support and enhance the IT operations, security, and reliability of their organization. The role involves providing technical support, managing infrastructure, and ensuring efficient system operations across multiple platforms. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related infrastructure roles.
- Proven track record in network and systems administration, endpoint management, and patch/update cycles.
- Experience supporting cloud-based and SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and iOS administration and support in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in SaaS tools like JumpCloud, ServiceNow, Asana, Shopify, and Bynder.
- Proficiency in security tools like Datto EDR, Rocket Cyber, Obsidian, and Perception Point.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware issues, software applications, and connectivity challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
