PGP Title is where real estate closings meet precision, care, and teamwork. We're looking for an Escrow Officer to perform tasks related to settlement operations in the closing of real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Handle all aspects of the settlement transactions
• Act as liaison between all parties to the transaction
• Obtain signatures for closing transactions
• Follow Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines
• Review escrow quality assurance reports
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation
• Correct and resolve any post-closing issues
