• Handle all aspects of the settlement transactions including preparation and approval of Settlement Statements
• Obtain signatures for closing transactions
• Follow Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines
• Review escrow quality assurance reports
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
