Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Engineering Practice in Industrial Engineering

The Edwardson School of Industrial Engineering at Purdue University invites applications for a Professor of Engineering Practice at open rank. The successful candidate will teach core undergraduate courses and be responsible for instruction of the Industry Capstone Design Experience within the Professional Master’s Program in Logistics Systems Engineering program.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. with more than five years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Human Factors, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering or a related field
• Relevant industry experience with demonstrable evidence of leadership
• Skills in innovative pedagogical techniques, project/problem-based learning, and industry applications of current methodologies
